Vaccine Information
Vaccines are available in-office Monday through Friday or off-site at our community vaccine clinics. Please call 406-665-8720 to schedule an appointment.
Looking for the current availability of specific vaccines?
What to bring to your appointment:
- Your COVID vaccine card. If you cannot find your card or a copy of your record, we can create a new card for you at your appointment.
- Health insurance card. If you do not have insurance, we do have vaccine available for those un-insured or under insured. No child will be denied a vaccine based on ability to pay.
- Wear a short-sleeved shirt.
- Please expect to wait for 15 minutes after vaccination for monitoring purposes.
